CiT Session A
Description
Our Counselor in Training Program is a 4 week leadership development program.

Participants have a schedule that is compromised of workshops, resume writing, program activities, apprenticeship, and down time. CiTs learn life and work on new skill inquisition, time management, collaboration, independence, problem solving skills, trust, how to be a positive mentor and so much more.

Participants who successfully complete their CiT summer will have a presentable resume to provide for future jobs and a professional reference.
