Learn to Code: Scratch

Using Scratch, the open source program from MIT, students will learn beginning coding that helps them solve problems, design projects, and communicate ideas.

Students will work in this visual programming language made up of lego-like bricks. Using these code bricks they will learn to trigger loops, create variables, initiate interactivity, play sounds, and more.

Additional online resources like Code.org and Khan Academy will also be introduced to help them tackle for advanced projects.

Synergy Summer Tech Camp runs 9:00 AM - 3 PM.
Early drop-off (free) starts at 8:15 AM
Extended Care: 3 PM - 6 PM is available for an extra $80 fee.

We collect a $100 deposit per session with the balance due by the first day of each camp.
