This high energy class offers students the opportunity to develop their own sense of style. Hip-Hop is not only good physical exercise, but helps dancers improve flexibility and coordination. Students will be introduced to the basic moves, including body isolations, precision, performance quality and choreography.

Dancers will participate in the 13th Annual Parish Extend Dance Academy Performance on May 10th. The rehearsal will be held on May 3rd. The class fee includes the Dance Performance costume.

Attire:
• T-shirt
• Black leggings/yoga pants or joggers
• Tennis shoes
• Hair pulled back off of face (ponytail)
