This class will be emphasizing a whole body, anatomical approach to dance. Students will study flexibility, strength, coordination, and body and spatial awareness to enable unrestricted, dramatic freedom of expression. Attire: Black leotard (tank or spaghetti straps), Black boy short optional (must wear flesh colored convertible tights), No shoes, and hair pulled up.
