Canoes
Have you ever wanted to explore the deep blue ocean? Canoeing is a great way to do just that! Learn the basics for canoeing and build your confidence here with our instructors. Let them bring you one step closer to accomplishing that dream. | |
Creative Canvases
Test the limits of your artistic creativity with our Creative Canvases Class. You will have the opportunity to use unique mediums to add details to your canvas such as newspaper, trash, rocks, leaves, etc. The only limit is your own imagination and we encourage you to set it free!

Critical Thinkers
This class is all about problem solving and strategy! You will be challenged to think outside of the box and go beyond the surface. Think riddles, puzzles, codes, etc. Challenge yourself this summer by signing up for our Critical Thinkers Class. You won't regret it. | |
Drama
To be or not to be? That is the question! This is your opportunity to show your skills and get tips on how to better them! Not only will you be able to practice in front of your class, you will get the chance to share what you have learned in front of the entire camp during our TALENT SHOW on Friday! Take advantage of this awesome opportunity this summer at camp. | |
Fishing
There's something peaceful about fishing. This class is a relaxing activity to start your day. Learn the proper techniques and tips on how to get your catch from our awesome instructors here at LWR. | |
Go Karts
This is your chance to get behind the wheel! Campers 10 and older will get to drive our Go Karts around our track and campers under 10 will be able to ride beside an instructor. Campers under 12 will also need to pass a test to drive.
While you are waiting your turn you'll get to build your own track for our RC cars. Get creative with us at Go Karts here at LWR. | |
Horses
Saddle up, campers! We are going on a trail ride. You will receive practical training of how to ride and handle a horse. Certified instructors will make sure that safety is foremost and that every camper has a great time. | |
Kitchen Creations
This is part of our Creative Activities Category because you will not only be learning basic baking/cooking skills but also how to decorate baked goods and plate meals that are instagram worthy.
On Friday this class will also be part of our Art Gallery, displaying their work and offering samples of what they have created throughout the week. | |
Lake (Boats)
This is one of our Camp FAVORITES! You will have the opportunity to ride the waves on a tube, learn the skills of knee boarding or water-skiing, and practice or discover new/advanced techniques. | |
Mountain Biking
Where are all our THRILL SEEKING campers? We've got the perfect class for you. You’ll have a BLAST learning how to mountain bike while exploring the trails of Lake Whitney Ranch! | |
Nature
This is an activity you don't want to miss out on. Join our Nature class where you will have the opportunity to learn about wild life near LWR, Geo-tracking, caves, and so much more.
This group will also have a special night time activity on Thursday evening that is JUST FOR THEM. But, you've got to take the class to find out what that is. Sign up today! | |
Praise & Worship
There is a lot that goes into a well rounded Praise set. It's not just good vocals, multiple instruments or the latest songs! Praise and worship is about connecting your audience to Jesus and giving Him our offering of praise.
Join our class to learn or sharpen your worship leading skills. Let our instructors share what they have learned from their own experiences. Wether you have an instrument of praise or lift your voices to sing, you are welcome here.

Ukulele
LET'S JAM!! The Ukulele is a fun and easy instrument to learn here at summer camp. Your instructors will help teach you to tune your instrument, play basic chords, and so much more.
