Course Description: Mindfulness helps us to be more present in life: to experience everyday joy, to work with strong emotions that arise, to strengthen our connection with others, and to build skills to work with anxiety or stress. Mindfulness is much more than just sitting quietly! We will explore mindful listening, mindful walking, and mindful communication. We'll make art, walk in nature, make playlists of great music, do some mindful movement, and explore a myriad of practices that deepen connection to the everyday wonder and joy of being alive.
