Today, we will be making a scrumptious mixed berry galette, consisting of three layers: a pastry shell, a frangipane filling, and mixed berries on top.

We will start by learning how to make a flaky and buttery pastry shell, which can be used for pies, tarts, and galettes. For the filling, we will prepare a frangipane, a creamy almond-flavored mixture. Finally, we will add the star ingredient - mixed berries - on the top layer.
