Project Management: Overview & Establishing Project Scope
Description
This session covers an introduction to project management and establishing project scope. In the morning, we will focus on project management lifecycles, documentation, terminology, and strategies for implementing and maturing the practice of project management within an organization. In the afternoon, we will focus on project scope. Scope is the work that must be accomplished to deliver a product, service, or result with the specified features and functions (PMBOK® Guide). If you would like more detail about what that means and how to define, communicate and manage scope, then this session is for you. CEU credits: 0.6
