Effective Methods for Partnership, Collaboration, and Mission Fulfillment
Description
The purpose of this module is to inform and discuss with nonprofit executives, board members and civic leaders on how and why to craft effective and meaningful partnership and collaboration. Partnership and collaboration are seminal components underlying nonprofit performance, effectiveness and mission fulfillment. These essential aspects of nonprofit action are specific to the nonprofit tool kit for strategy, tactics and institutional advancement. Participants of this module will start the session with exposure to clear definitions and characteristics, progressing to costs and benefits, then design methods, applications in practice, problem solving and finally implications for achieving mission fulfillment or change in society.
