Session 5/6 Leadership Training 2 Week
Description
Leadership Training is for campers that are not quite ready to be on staff, but want to learn what it takes to do the job. Campers will be assigned to an Explorer/Discover group to assist our Cabin Leaders with daily programming activities as well as perform other support staff duties. As a Leader in Training, campers should possess the ability to use sound judgment and be able to relate to your peers and supervisors in a work setting. It is important that you have enthusiasm, maturity, and communication skills as well as interest in the development of children.
