Kick Start Athletic Performance Camp-May Session
Description
The Kickstart Athletic Performance Camp will offer rising 7th-9th grade student athletes to develop and strengthen their athletic skills through regular training sessions with our in-house athletic performance coach, Coach Cody Coley, MS, CSCS, and his staff.

The Kickstart Athletic Performance Camp will instill the understanding of how to properly train, and a foundation that will allow them to better understand movement patterns and recovery principles.

The Kickstart Athletic Performance Camp uses a holistic approach which includes strength and power training, speed and agility development, and mental training. The principles of determination, sacrifice, dedication, and work ethic will be stressed throughout the camp. To further track and advance the Kickstart Athletic Performance Camp utilizes Teambuildr (Strength and Conditioning software) to provide wellness questionnaire checks, track progress, and send motivation messages and important updates out to our athletes. In addition, athletes are tested with Free Lap Laser Technology, Just Jump Mat, and Velocity Based Training devices to get the most out of every training session.

Every Monday & Wednesday

(4/29, 5/1, 5/6, 5/8, 5/13, 5/15, 5/20, & 5/22)

This offering is open to rising 7th - 9th grade boys, whether they play a sport or not.
