Refund Policy
Please contact Mr. Adam Smith asmith@cbhs.org if you need to cancel a camp in advance.
Camp registration must be canceled the Wednesday before the first day of camp to receive a refund and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Except in cases of illness or emergency that are disclosed to the Director of Summer Programs before the official start date of the camp, refunds will not be given after a program begins. In addition, no refunds will be given to those students who choose not to attend class without their parents’ knowledge. Confirmation of program registration will be sent to you via email along with your class or camp locations. Camps with insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances are subject to cancellation with a full refund. Advance notice will be provided to those registered.
