Junior CIT Program 2024 Application
Description
The Junior Counselor in Training (JrCIT) program is a 5-week early leadership in training program that is part of our Adventure Day Camp program. JrCITs develop leadership skills and future job readiness, tackle difficult discussions centered on solving community issues, and participate in community service activities. JrCITs employ and expand on what they have learned by assisting counselors in creating activities for the younger campers. Our JrCIT program gives this small, diverse group of teens a strong sense of responsibility and the confidence to create lasting positive change at camp and in their own communities.
