Ahhh, the good life! A comfortable place to lounge... a few friends around you... and a big bowl of tasty bugs. Wait, what?! That’s not the perfect snack for most of us, but for some animals, it’s ideal! Discover just some of the ways Woodland Park Zoo creates the best life possible for around 250 different animal species, and learn how you can make life better for the animals in your life, too!

Grizzly Bear curricula take youth to the next level of exploration. Each curriculum has a unique theme based on real-world conservation challenges and aligns with Next Generation Science Standards and youth development best practices. Throughout the week campers will get hands-on and go beyond the zoo in understanding wildlife conservation and craft their unique solutions.

*please note not all curriculums take campers off zoo grounds.
