Adventure Camp 3
Description
This week is packed full of activities, worship, times to learn more about God, and opportunities to make many memories. Campers choose one of our two-hour evening learning centers to attend daily. These include target sports, horses, culinary arts, art of defense, art of acting, and studio art (options vary by week). Games, challenges, camp activities, and many friends to do it all with, make this an amazing week. Counselors will help this age group balance a need for independence with the need for guidance. Each cabin will have 12 bunkmates along with 2-3 counselors.

Activities
Art of Defense
This program is led by Caleb Zimmerman, who instructs Hand-to-Hand combat at Cavod. Campers will grow physically and mentally through unarmed combat training in the art of discipline and respect.
Culinary Arts
Learn basic cooking and baking techniques to increase confidence in the kitchen. Learn to make tasty meals and snacks from our experienced camp cooks.
Horses
Learn the basics of horse care, riding, barn work, and fieldwork. Each camper is paired with a horse and learns to care for the horse under the instruction of our experienced horse staff.
Target Sports
Learn the basics of range safety while enjoying a variety of target sports including rifles, archery, and hatchets among others. Campers will be under the instruction of certified Range Safety Officers
