Description

Please read these important notes before making your reservation:

1) The registration for your camp/organization will be made by 1 person. Please select 'INDIVIDUAL' reservation. Do not (+) ADD PERSON. There will be a complete form to fill in all guests. The registrar does not need to attend.

2) On the information form, list every guest coming from your camp.

3) The lodging rates are a per person rate. Fill in the number of guests you are bringing. No cost for 0-2 yr olds, 3-17 yr olds will be applied by White Sulphur Springs Office after your reservation is complete.

4) Please pay a $100 deposit to secure your reservation at this time. Your total cost will by adjusted by discounts and the remaining balance will be due upon arrival to WSS.
