Description
Please read these important notes before making your reservation:

1) The registration for your camp/organization will be made by 1 person. Please select 'INDIVIDUAL' reservation. Do not (+) ADD PERSON. There will be a complete form to fill in all guests. The registrar does not need to attend.

2) On the information form, list every guest coming from your camp.

3) The lodging rates are a per person rate. Fill in the number of guests you are bringing. Discounts for 3-17 yr olds will be applied by White Sulphur Springs Office after your reservation is complete. The children's programming rate is $15 for each child. 0-2 yrs old no cost.

4) Please pay a $100 deposit to secure your reservation at this time. Your total cost will by adjusted by discounts and the remaining balance will be due upon arrival to WSS.

Food Allergy/Sensitivity Pricing
Our kitchen strives to accommodate for guests with allergies out of concern for your experience. We track on the following allergies on our meal announcement sheet: gluten, dairy, egg, nuts (all types,) soy, fish, sesame and garlic. This allergen card is located on the front credenza of our dining room for each meal.

The kitchen will also cook a special menu for those who would like to supplement the normal menu. Selecting a special menu requires and upcharge of $8.00/per person/per day. The special menus to order are egg free, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. Please indicate the family member who is purchasing a special menu on the Family Medical Form during your registration.

If you have a life-threatening allergy, we will do our best to accommodate. However, it is not our policy to completely remove all allergens from the premises, so ask that you exercise caution as you consume food that is publicly provided.

How to order a special menu:

Here's an example:
(3) special menu family guests staying (4) nights = 12. You would enter (12) in the box.
