Guest Participant (Minor)
Description
The Guest Participation registration is to collect waivers and essential health information forms for WS participants who are attending as the guest of another participant or under the supervision of a current employee. Guest participants may only attend with another participant who has a full registration and has been approved to invite guest participants. ALL PARTICIPANTS must be registered in UltraCamp with electronic waivers complete before attending any WS lesson or using any WS equipment.
