Creative Writing with Mr. Collins (3rd-6th)
Description
Students will learn to craft compelling and structured narrative pieces, explore character motivation, and develop their command for descriptive language while creating imaginative plots and settings. They will improve upon their skills in writing for clarity and impact, for structuring and balancing plot lines with conflicts, and experimenting with their own unique styles and voices. Exploring prose poetry, as well as abstract experimentation with language, grammar and punctuation, makes this club a fun and freeing enrichment.
