Nemo Jr by Memphis Youth Musical Theater (Week 6)
Description
In just one fun filled week beginners and veteran performers are invited to put on a show and everyone gets to perform! Disney’s Nemo JR, (MTI New York), based on the adventurous film, brings the adventures of the sea to life onstage! The story follows the strong-willed Nemo and his hilarious friends as he searches for his family deep in the ocean. Memphis Youth Musical Theater offers fun filled workshops to learn acting, choreography, vocals and confidence on stage. Performers will also help in set design and have outdoor recreation time. The camp will culminate in a performance for family and friends on Friday at 1:15pm. Camp attire: casual wear. Costumes are provided, but parents may be asked to send in items such as shirts, shoes or leggings, and performers should wear a white tank undershirt/any color leggings for show day. Instructors will help everyone prep and then audition in the morning of the first day. Please learn the song “Beyond the Sea” for your audition song! Bring a snack/lunch/drink, and towel each day.
