Fusion Game Design
Description
Fusion Game Design introduces students to 2D side-scroller game development as they design and build their own playable game from scratch. Using a cause-and-effect style game editor, students will learn how game mechanics are created by setting rules, controlling character movement, and designing interactive levels.

Students will program a hero character, create obstacles and challenges, and design enemies as they explore foundational concepts in game design and logic. By the end of the season, students will have a completed game they can save and take home to share.
