Description
Swing into action with Kidokinetics! Shots & Swings introduces young athletes to the exciting fundamentals of tennis and golf through fun, age-appropriate activities and games.

Using child-sized equipment, students will learn basic striking, swinging, aiming, and ball-control skills while developing coordination, balance, and overall athletic ability. Each class combines movement, skill development, and imaginative play to create a positive first experience with these lifetime sports. Through engaging challenges and interactive activities, children will build confidence, practice listening skills, and learn the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship—all while having fun and staying active.

What Students Will Experience
• Learn introductory tennis and golf skills, including swinging, striking, aiming, and ball control.
• Develop hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, and motor skills through active play.
• Explore the fundamentals of two popular lifetime sports using age-appropriate equipment.
• Practice listening skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a positive environment.
• Build confidence while developing a love for sports and physical activity.
