Volleyball Fundamentals
Description
Bump, set, and serve with Kidokinetics! This fun and engaging class introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of volleyball through age-appropriate activities, skill-building drills, and exciting games.

Students will learn basic volleyball techniques while improving coordination, balance, agility, and overall athletic development. Each class emphasizes teamwork, communication, and sportsmanship in a positive and encouraging environment. Through creative challenges and modified gameplay designed for younger players, children will build confidence, develop a strong foundation in volleyball, and discover the joy of staying active. Whether your child is new to the sport or eager to learn more, this class provides a fun introduction to volleyball.

What Students Will Experience
