Midway Fall Extended Day Tuesdays
Description
Midway Extended Day provides students in 3rd through 7th grade with a structured yet flexible environment where they can unwind after the school day, connect with friends, and make the most of their afternoon. Led by the trusted staff of Parish Plus, the program is designed to strike a healthy balance between relaxation, productivity, and fun.

After school, students gather to enjoy a snack, socialize, and settle into the afternoon. Dedicated time is available for students who need to work on homework, study, or get organized for the next school day, while those who would like a break can participate in games, creative activities, outdoor play, and other engaging experiences. Homework is encouraged but not required (unless requested), allowing families to decide what works best for their child.

Throughout the Fall, students will participate in hands-on activities that celebrate the diverse cultures, traditions, and heritage of the Parish community and beyond through engaging projects, discussions, and other fun learning opportunities.

Whether they are building friendships, strengthening communication and social skills, growing in confidence and independence, or simply enjoying time with friends after school, Midway Extended Day offers a welcoming community where every student is encouraged to learn, explore, and thrive.

Students enrolled in Exploration Classes or Music lessons are welcome to attend Midway Extended Day before their scheduled class at no additional charge. If supervision is needed after their class concludes, students must be registered for Midway Extended Day.
