Description
From seed to plate, kids will explore how fruits and vegetables grow and then transform farm-fresh ingredients into colorful, delicious recipes! Each day highlights a different type of plant, fruit, or vegetable, helping campers discover the bounty that grows from vines, trees, bushes, and beyond.

Recipes Include:
• Chili-rubbed butternut squash quesadillas with DIY tortillas and iced butternut squash licuado
• Gingerbread pear carrot cake puffs on a stick with icy lemon icing and spiced pear smoothies
• Fabulosos avocado street tacos with Mexican slaw, cilantro crema, and melon agua fresca
