This dynamic class focuses on developing coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength through a mix of playful activities and skill-building exercises. Flip, roll, and tumble your way to success on the balance beam, bars, vault, and floor, learning everything from forward and backward rolls to handstands, bridges, cartwheels, and more! It’s the perfect introduction to tumbling for young movers looking to jump, stretch, and explore movement in a fun, supportive setting. All levels are welcome.
