Dance and Drill
Description
This high-energy class is suitable for all levels and will introduce proper technique fundamentals in dance styles such as jazz and hip hop. The class will include stretching to build flexibility for splits and kicks, learning proper kick technique, and developing dance steps needed for a fun drill team experience. Dance and Drill is a unique and precise dance style that emphasizes working together in unison and building teamwork.

Attire: Shorts, t-shirts/tank top, leggings, clean sole tennis shoes and jazz shoes (optional). Please bring a water bottle.
