Start the school year strong with this one-week executive function workshop designed for high school students in grades 9-12.

This workshop focuses on essential executive skills like planning, time management, organization, and stress management to help students navigate high school with confidence and prepare for success in college and beyond. Through engaging activities, students will learn to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to challenges with flexible thinking. They'll also explore tools and techniques to minimize distractions, track their progress, and balance academic, extracurricular, and personal responsibilities. Whether you're a freshman or gearing up for senior year, this workshop provides the strategies and habits needed to thrive in high school and beyond.
