Bring It To Market: Business, Development, Finance
Description
So you’ve created the next big product - now how do you launch it?

In this hands-on entrepreneurship camp, students will explore what it really takes to bring a product to market. Campers will analyze material costs, research suppliers, compare similar products, and calculate inventory, pricing, and production expenses. They’ll learn the fundamentals of budgeting, profit margins, and startup costs through engaging, age-appropriate challenges. As teams refine their business plans, they’ll prepare a pitch for a panel of faculty “investors,” Shark Tank–style. Students must justify their pricing, defend their budgeting choices, and decide which investor will offer the smartest partnership for their goals. This workshop emphasizes financial literacy, critical thinking, and real-world decision-making - ideal for students curious about business, economics, or leadership.
