Forensics Science and Investigation
Description
Become a junior forensic scientist! In this investigative science camp, students explore the fascinating world of crime scene analysis through hands-on labs and interactive challenges. Campers learn how scientists use evidence to solve mysteries, studying topics like fingerprinting, chromatography, footprint patterns, handwriting analysis, fiber examination, and simple chemical tests (all age-appropriate and safe).
Students will process mock “crime scenes,” analyze clues, record evidence in lab journals, and collaborate to solve daily mystery challenges. Along the way, they’ll develop scientific thinking, observational skills, and an understanding of how forensic techniques apply real chemistry, biology, and physics concepts. A perfect blend of science and mystery for curious minds!
