Executive Function & Study Skills
Description
This course helps students discover their unique executive functioning strengths and equips them with strategies for success - skills that are essential for Middle School and beyond. Topics covered include mindfulness, materials management, time management, and effective study and test-taking techniques.

By practicing these skills, students will gain confidence, feel empowered, and learn to navigate Middle School with greater ease and independence.
