Cheer & Tumbling

We've got spirit - yes, we do! Grab your pom-poms and get ready for a high-energy class packed with jumps, cheers, stunts, gymnastics, and power tumbling. Students will be introduced to challenging skills including half to full liberties, basket tosses, barrel rolls, round-off back handsprings, front tucks, back tucks, and various combination skills.
Additional elements include front hurdler jumps, straddle toe touches, and double nines, all taught with proper prep technique. Coach Ty customizes the curriculum to each student’s skill level, making this class perfect for beginners and experienced cheerleaders alike.
