Join us for an exciting Field Hockey class, perfect for beginners and those looking to enhance their skills. Led by experienced Parish Athletics coaches, this program creates a fun and supportive environment where students learn the fundamentals of field hockey. Through engaging drills and games, players will build skills while developing teamwork and sportsmanship along the way.

Skills will focus on:

Basic Skills: Learn essential techniques such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control.

Game Fundamentals: Understand the rules and strategies of field hockey, fostering a love for the game.

Team Play: Participate in fun team-building activities to promote cooperation and communication on the field.

Fun Games: Enjoy friendly competitions and scrimmages to apply skills learned in practice.

What to Bring: Comfortable athletic wear, shin guards, mouth guard, stick, water bottle, and a positive attitude!

Please note: This class is at the Midway Campus. Please drop off at the Parish Athletics field.
