Competitive Speech & Debate League: Thursday
Grades: 9-12
Time: 4:00-5:00 p.m.

No class dates: 11/27, 12/25, 1/1, 3/19

This full-year league is designed for students ready to sharpen their skills and step into the world of competitive speech and debate. With a focus on persuasive, real-world argumentation, students will learn to research current ASDA resolutions, construct logical arguments, respond to opposing viewpoints, and deliver their case with confidence and clarity. Weekly practices will build toward participation in local tournaments beginning in February. Students may choose to specialize in speech, debate, or both—no previous participation required.
