Radium Girls
Description
Radium Girls, a play by D.W. Gregory, dramatizes the true story of 1920s dial painters poisoned by luminous radium paint. It follows Grace Fryer’s legal fight against the U.S. Radium Corporation to expose the cover-up of worker illness. The drama highlights corporate greed, the struggle for worker rights, and the battle for justice.

This 40 minute competition cut of Radium Girls will be rehearsed and performed over six weeks this summer. Auditions will be submitted via video. 30 roles are available; the play is written for a minimum of 10 actors to take on several parts.
