This application is for all Camp No Limb-itations campers and LITs. Camp No Limb-itations is a week-long, overnight summer camp for children and teens with amputations or limb deficiencies.

There is a requested $100 donation with your application. However, full scholarships are available.

Camp Scholarship
If requested, we will provide a scholarship for your camper. Our policy is that no child should miss the opportunity to attend camp due to inability to pay.
NOTE: If only applying for a partial scholarship, please change the percentage.
