This application is for all Camp Krazy Legs campers and LITs. Camp Krazy Legs is a week-long, overnight summer camp for children and teens with spina bifida.

Camp Scholarship
If requested, we will provide a scholarship for your camper. Our policy is that no child should miss the opportunity to attend camp due to inability to pay.
NOTE: If only applying for a partial scholarship, please change the percentage.
