Description
Application form to attend Camp Tanager Diabetes Day Camp. This special one-week session for kids and teens with Type 1 Diabetes blends fun, engaging camp activities with educational programming for kids with T1D. Supervised by a professional medical team and summer camp staff, Diabetes Camp at Camp Tanager has been in operation since 1986.
