Pages to Portfolio
Description
Pages to Portfolio is a vibrant, hands-on art class designed to help 3rd–5th graders explore their personal style, reflect on who they are, and build a collection of portfolio-ready artwork. Through a series of fun and expressive projects, students will dive into different materials, techniques, and prompts that spark creativity and confidence.

Over the course of the program, young artists will create 5–8 original pieces that showcase their voice and vision. Projects include everything from abstract self-portraits and zines to collages, dioramas, and even a poster for their own imagined art show. Along the way, students will practice talking about their work, make creative choices, and reflect on what makes their art and themselves unique.

What to Expect:
- A mix of drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, and storytelling
- Prompts that explore identity, interests, and emotions
- Encouragement to experiment with different styles and materials
- A personal portfolio folder to track growth and store finished pieces
