M.O.V.E (Motion On Various Environments)
Is a class based on basic to advanced mechanics in or on various environments. Basic movements will be Stretching, Running, Jumping, Crawling on ground through or on obstacles. Advanced, will also have basic moves with Balance, Cartwheels, Spinning jumps and acrobatic moves.

Classes are structured to be safe first, fun, informative and challenging.
Focus will be on the children’s strengths and building on them regardless of age or abilities. Creating Confidence and understanding around their body and how they move in different scenarios is the ultimate goal.

Team building exercises with also be implemented. Making sure that the competition is not just with oneself but also community based. Team based exercises will rotate to keep from favoritism. Teaching them that no matter what we are all different and we must encourage others no matter the age or level.
