Description
Kidokinetics empowers kids through the power of play! Physical activities from a young age have benefits which reach far beyond mere physical development. Young children can physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally develop by taking part in various types of physical activities. The Kidokinetics program is designed to cater to developmental needs emphasizing playful, experiential learning. In our fun, exploratory classes young children get to interact with different play equipment including different types of balls (soccer balls, kickballs, rubber footballs, tennis balls), obstacle courses, scoops/jai alai, play parachutes, foam frisbees, hoops, bean bags, tunnels, scooters, and more.
The children will work on skills including throwing, jumping, dancing, kicking, balance, coordination, running, crawling or walking through obstacle courses, and much more via activities like target practice (with velcro balls), foam noodle play, fundamental soccer skills, fundamental basketball skills, bowling, kickball, scooter races, parachute games, and more that are led by a trained staff of Kidokinetics instructors.
