Yoga with Christa
Description
Join us as we explore basic mindfulness elements through age-appropriate, breath-work techniques, yoga, games, story time, and creative visualization, all approached in a fun, exciting way! Christa has taught children’s yoga for several years at MSD and holds many relevant certifications, including a 300 Yoga Teacher Training, 30 hour Children’s Yoga, and is a IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist.
This enrichment class is available for Early Childhood (4 year olds - Kindergarten) on Wednesday from 3:00-3:45pm.
The cost is $330 for 11 classes.
Class will be held on: September 16, September 23, September 30, October 7, October 14, October 21, October 28, November 4, November 18, December 2, December 9
No class will be held on: November 11, November 25
Make-up date, if needed: December 16
