Systema with Pasquale
Description
Systema offers a unique, non-aggressive approach to martial arts for children, focusing on building physical confidence, emotional balance, and creative problem-solving. The method combines breath work, functional movement, and body awareness to help kids stay calm under pressure and move with control and confidence. Children will engage in partner-based activities that promote connection, communication, and mutual respect. Unlike structured sports or traditional martial arts, Systema has no fixed forms or rigid techniques. Children are encouraged to explore, improvise, and respond to challenges in the moment. Pasquale has taught martial arts and movement since 2013.
This enrichment class is available for Early Childhood and Kindergarten students on Mondays from 3:00-3:45pm.

The cost is $215 for 7 classes.

Class will be held on: March 16, March 23, April 13, April 20, April 27, May 4, May 11

No class will be held on: March 30, April 6

Make up date, if needed: May 18
