Expedition: Mountain Trek
Description
Adventure awaits beyond camp! During this special week, campers will head out Tuesday for a three-day, two-night backpacking trip in the beautiful mountains of Western Washington, returning Thursday with stories to tell. Along the way, they’ll hike scenic trails, camp under the stars, cook their own meals, and build outdoor living skills—all with the support of experienced staff. No prior backpacking experience is needed, but participants should be prepared to hike 5 plus miles a day while carrying their supplies and must have sturdy, well-fitting shoes. Grades 9-12.
