Enjoy the quiet of the early morning in the 1827 Barn while practicing vinyasa yoga. Bring a friend, bring your mat, and enjoy the calm while Buddy Cat makes his way through the space and the roosters wake up the farm.

Whether you are a yogi or this is your first go at yoga, all levels welcome.

What to wear/bring 
Although you'll be indoors, please dress for the weather as the space is not climate controlled. You'll want to bring your own mat. The barn is old (built in 1827) it can be a little dusty; some experienced yogis bring a towel to lay under their mat. Lauren has a limited, first-come-first-serve supply of blocks/straps, so if you have your own, please bring those.
