Description
Celebrate the flavors of fall in this hands-on introduction to whole food plant-based (WFPB) cooking. Join a WFPB enthusiast as we explore the many benefits of a plant-based diet and learn how to build a seasonal, balanced, and nutrient-dense plate using autumn ingredients.

During this interactive session, you’ll prepare and sample dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—with snack ideas included. Along the way, you’ll gain practical tools and inspiration for incorporating more whole plant foods into your everyday meals.

Come hungry for both knowledge and delicious, seasonal food!
