Description
Join a whole food plant-based (WFPB) enthusiast for a hands-on introduction to plant-based cooking, summer-style. We’ll explore the many benefits of a WFPB diet and learn how to build a seasonal, balanced, and nutrient-dense plate.
During this interactive session, you’ll prepare and sample dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—with snack ideas included. Along the way, you’ll gain practical tips for incorporating more whole plant foods into your daily routine.
Come hungry for both knowledge and delicious food!
