Teen Spring on the Farm
Description
Join Chef Kelcy at Wright-Locke Farm for a joyful after-school cooking program that celebrates the return of the growing season. Students will be welcomed into the kitchen with an apron, a smile, and a deep appreciation for seasonal food.

As the farm begins to come alive, students will spend portions of each class outdoors with Chef Kelcy, gaining hands-on experience on the farm before bringing their discoveries back into the kitchen. This unique blend of farm and kitchen learning helps children build a meaningful connection to where their food comes from.

During the program, students will dive into a new seasonal food theme each week, discovering what’s growing on the farm and how those ingredients come together in the kitchen. Classes focus on hands-on cooking skills that build confidence, spark curiosity, and help students feel comfortable working independently in the kitchen.

Class fee covers cost of food.
