As we age, our nutritional needs evolve. After consulting with a registered dietitian, Chef Kelcy has created delicious, approachable recipes designed to help seniors stay healthy while enjoying time in the kitchen. This free hands-on cooking workshop, courtesy of Winchester Mt. Vernon House, concludes with a shared lunch among new friends, all overlooking our beautiful farmstead.
