Overnight Adventure: Bristol Renaissance Faire in Kenosha, WI
Description
Join us for a one-night overnight adventure to Kenosha, Wisconsin featuring a visit to the Bristol Renaissance Faire! This exciting trip includes dinner and an electric streetcar tour on the evening of arrival. The following day, participants will explore the Renaissance Faire marketplace, enjoy live entertainment, and experience Queen’s College. All meals are included in the program fee. Participants should bring additional spending money for souvenirs, rides, and shopping.

APPLICATION REQUIRED:
This overnight trip is NOT first-come, first-served. Participants must complete an application to be considered for placement. Submitting an application does not guarantee participation. All applicants must meet River Valley Special Rec’s essential eligibility requirements and demonstrate readiness for an overnight experience. Priority will be given to in-district residents. Applications will be accepted through May 22nd.

Please note: Staff will not be able to assist with overnight trip application completion during in-district registration on April 22nd. Staff are happy to assist with the application process outside of that date.

Important Overnight Information:
Participants and staff will be housed in separate rooms. To participate, individuals must demonstrate the ability to:

Remain safe and independent during overnight hours
Manage personal care with minimal staff assistance
Follow all overnight expectations and RVSRA’s Code of Conduct

Participants who do not meet essential eligibility requirements may attend with a self-provided aide, who must register for the trip and will be responsible for paying the full program fee and any associated trip costs.
